Hello Mr. Rahman, Thank you for delivering the food and taking the pictures. I really like the services you provide and will definitely use it in future. My only suggestion would be that the food you deliver be fresh. The Rosh sweets that I ordered were not at all edible (it went bad) when it was delivered. It had already gotten mouldy, I assume due to the weather. The biryani was edible, but did not last over a day. I understand how the heavy traffic and heat can be a problem with food deliveries. My suggestion is that (at least when I order again) please deliver the food either in a temperature controlled bag, or, you could freeze the food after getting it from vendors and deliver the frozen food, which will ensure it does not go bad before it is consumed. As I said before, I like the service you provide. I would love to see you take in to account the issue I raised. Thanks, Mayesha
