For many obvious reasons, I was paranoid to send any online gift to my family back home. But UpoharBD proved me wrong. Thanks UpoharBD, for your prompt and quality order delivery. My mother in Sylhet had a BIG pleasant surprise when the delivery crew arrived with all the gift items I ordered. My mom's comment: "the delivery crew was very nice and kind and he even helped me to arrange all the gifts you sent, but he politely, declined to take any tips I offered him like a son". UpoharBD, you could successfully delivered my emotion and love to my older parents, and I am definitely coming back with more orders along with other friends. A small suggestion: to send the photo during delivery, you could provide an internet enabled mobile device to the delivery crew who could take photos and send them immediately to the gift sender.

Overall I was very satisfied with the level of service provided by Upoharbd. From start to finish they made me feel comfortable. Order payment process was easy enough and I have received a confirmation as well as tracking number. Items were delivered on requested time and all items were exactly the ones I picked. I have received delivery confirmation email right away as well as photo confirmation. I have ordered through different sites before. But this time I could really feel the difference.
