I sent my first gift using UPOHARDBD this month. I was kind of hesitant, as I heard a lot of negative issues about online gift shops. But UpoharBD was more than excellent. My delivery was out of Dhaka, they delivered it nicely. Took a picture of it and sent me confirmation promptly. Even when I contacted them through FB, they replied in 20 mins! This is the type of customer service I would rate 5 star. I'm very likely to recommend UpohardBD to all my friends and family.
